associates are my customers. As my customers, it is my
responsibility to guide you in such a way that you realize success
in an environment that is as stress free as possible, an atmosphere
of confidence throughout your presentation to buyers and sellers by
not only affording the best training and tools, but also to
management support from the time you receive the lead to the closing

Unlike the competitors, we do not try to attract you by offering
high commission splits, we believe that before you can collect
commission you need to be able to make solid sales and get saleable

As I stated, you are my customers, and I believe we should treat you
as we expect you will treat your customers and clients, not what is
expected, but what is unexpected.
The Internet has profoundly transformed the way people learn about
and shop for properties. Ten years ago, companies reached their
consumers through trade shows, print advertising, and other
traditional marketing methods. Today consumers start their shopping
experience by looking on the internet in the search engines, the
blogosphere, and social media sites. In order to remain competitive,
your company and you must be found online by the consumers already
searching for a home.
At Appleseed Homes our focus for the last 5 years has been on

This is not to say that marketing is an easy task – quite the
