Q. Will my license be active or
warehoused?
A. Your license is active and is under the Appleseed Referral
Associate Company which is licensed by the Department of State.
Q. Where can I refer potential buyers
and sellers?
A. Anywhere in New York & New Jersey. We have real offices in
Staten Island, Brooklyn and NJ. We are members of Long Island
Board of Realtors covering all of Long Island & Queens. We are
members of Staten Island MLS, Bay Ridge and Bensonhurs MLS, the
Brooklyn New York MLS, Garden State, Trenton and Middlesex. Our
Partner Douglas Ellerman works along with us in
Manhattan & The Bronx. Our corporate relocation department will
handle all out of state referrals from Maine to California and
to our neighbors to the North, Canada. You see, you have more
opportunities!
Q. How do I submit my referral?
A. You will do it through designated managers. It will be given
to a GMAC associate who will handle the referral and keep
you updated in the process.
Q. How do I get paid?
A. You will receive a 25% referral fee on the side you refer.
You will be paid as an Independent contractor through Appleseed
Referral Associates.
Q. Do I have to attend contract signing
or closing?
A. No
Q. When do I get paid?
A. 5 days after closing.
Q. Can I get compensated for mortgage
referrals?
A. Yes Through our Fee for Services Program with Mortgage Links.
A licensed mortgage banker in NY, NJ and Florida.
Q. Are there any fees charged for this
program?
A. There is an annual $50.00 to administrate the program. The
fee will be returned on your first referral closing.
Q. What if I refer a realtor to the
Referral Associate Program?
A. You will receive a bonus.
As you can see this is an exciting program to make it possible
to keep your license active and have the opportunity to make
thousands of dollars without the personal involvement or normal
expenses.
